Alesha's Accessibility Improvements

Alesha is 53 years old and has been living with Multiple Sclerosis for 25 years. She uses a wheelchair to get around and gets support from her mom and her caregiver, but even with the two of them they struggle helping Alesha with certain things. Her shower has a partition that separates it from the rest of the bathroom, making it very difficult for her mom and caregiver to lift her into the shower. To help her regain some independence, we removed the partition in the shower as well as the carpet in the hallway so she can easily access her bathroom and shower. Now Alesha, her mom, and her caregiver can focus more on the fun things in life.
