Doris' Bathroom Repairs
Doris is 63 and has lived in her Old North Milwaukee home for 24 years. She enjoys living in her neighborhood because everyone on her block looks out for each other which makes it feel very peaceful. She raised her six children in the home and they stop by every day to see her.
She was having issues with the lights in her bathroom, and when we sent out a contractor to look at it we discovered the problem was much worse than just her lighting. A leak from her toilet had rotted her subfloor and a leak from her sink had rotted her vanity and the wall behind it. Before we could touch the electrical we had to make sure the rest of her bathroom was safe.
We repaired the floor and wall, replaced the toilet and sink plumbing, and fixed the lighting. Unfortunately, this story is all too common.
