In the meeting we will address details about our lead abatement contract, project and work flow, cost estimation sheets, material procurement, invoices and RM’s bidding processes. Lead abatement contractor agreements will be sent to each of the abatement companies present in the meeting in a separate email. It is vital to attend this meeting due to the important details to be discussed. Only companies present in the meeting will be provided a copy of the Lead Abatement Contractor Agreement and be enrolled in our first-round bidding pool for our THIRTEEN projects.
