Stacie graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master's Degree in Psychology. Formerly a Supervising Behavior Consultant for children with Autism, she quit her career to be a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom to her two children.

She has a love for organization, spreadsheets, and sarcasm.

She and her family planted their roots in North Idaho (lovingly nicknamed "The Frozen North") to become first-generation small-scale farmers. This has proven to be a hard life lesson as the garden growing season is a mere two months long. Thankfully chickens aren't as much work as a garden as most of her original flock is still thriving, except for the 7 roosters that made it to freezer camp. When she's not taxiing her children to various sports activities, you can find her watching her foraging chickens, playing tabletop games, or helping her friends raise barns and build fences on their homesteads.
